Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair products. This includes, but is not limited to, bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, and accessories.

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos for review. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on location and carrier performance. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information or carrier-related issues.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
