Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your notification.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
RUFFN RAW HAIR is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but are later reported as lost, missing, or stolen. Customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
